Detailed Job Description – Network and Aruba ClearPass Administrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage our enterprise infrastructure with a specialized focus on Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM). In this role, you will ensure a high-performance network while managing secure, role-based access for all devices and users.

Key Responsibilities

  • ClearPass Administration: Design, configure, and maintain Aruba CPPM for authentication, authorization, and posture assessment.
  • Policy Management: Build and troubleshoot 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+ policies to secure wired and wireless networks.
  • Network Operations: Install and manage Aruba AOS-CX switches and wireless controllers to maintain 99.9% uptime.
  • Endpoint Onboarding: Manage device profiling and automated onboarding for BYOD and IoT devices.
  • Security Integration: Collaborate with security teams to implement network segmentation and firewall rules (e.g. FortiGate).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in network administration with at least 2 years focused on Aruba ClearPass.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, IPv4/v6, and Active Directory/LDAP overview.
