โ€ข Coordinated cross-functional teams to swiftly diagnose, escalate, and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
โ€ข Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that project milestones were met on time and within budget.
