Job Title: Technical Training Specialist

Location: Annapolis, MD (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and/or advanced off-the-shelf software applications, such as:
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Copilot
    • Microsoft OneNote
    • Microsoft SharePoint
    • Similar enterprise software applications.
  • Experience developing technical documentation.
  • Experience developing and delivering in-person instructor-led training for commercially available and proprietary software.
  • Experience delivering customer training programs using adult learning principles to individuals and groups of users.
  • Experience using technical applications to support training development, such as:
    • Camtasia
    • Articulate 360
    • Vyond
    • Similar training development tools.
  • Experience managing training projects from initiation through completion while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Experience using methodologies to plan, track, and deliver high-quality technical training.
  • Experience developing technical documentation for commercially available and proprietary software, including:
    • Quick Reference Cards
    • Quick Reference Guides
    • Web content
    • Other instructional materials.
  • Experience developing video and interactive recorded training to support technical processes.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage concurrent training initiatives and deadlines.

  • Maintain strong customer service standards when interacting with internal and external Subject Matter Experts.
  • Identify user-defined challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
