To thrive as an Army ROTC Cadet, you need strong leadership potential, physical fitness, academic achievement, and a commitment to military values, often demonstrated by maintaining good grades and meeting physical standards. What are Army ROTC Cadets?

Army ROTC Cadets are college students enrolled in the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program, which prepares them to become commissioned officers in the United States Army upon graduation.
