-Strong understanding of airborne ISR platforms, sensors, intelligence collection systems, UAS/UAV technologies, PED (Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination), or related intelligence capabilities.
-Experience analyzing requirements, acquisition programs, testing efforts, and capability portfolios.
-Ability to translate technical information into actionable operational recommendations.
-Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups, including intelligence, aviation, acquisition, and senior military leadership organizations.
-Strong briefing, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and short deadlines. Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Former Army Military Intelligence, Aviation, UAS, Acquisition, or Capability Development background.
