Job description

AGL is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to wrk in Fort Campbell, KY. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees Class IX warehousing and mass turn-in operations for U.S. Army units at a contractor-managed site. This role ensures compliance with Army supply regulations, technical manuals, and contract requirements while supervising personnel responsible for receiving, inspecting, classifying, storing, and processing large volumes of repair parts and components. The Supply Supervisor ensures accurate property accountability, documentation, and reporting in Army logistics systems to support operational readiness and contract performance. Responsibilities
  • Supervises and coordinates activities to ensure project delivery.
  • Monitors schedules and timeline of delivery of project.
  • Enforces project standards by facilitating problem solving and project resourcing.
  • Monitor budgets, interim milestones, and final deliverables.
  • Partner with project managers to develop and execute business plan, facilitate collaboration to achieve project objectives. Leads and directs the work of other employees.
  • Supervisors typically have authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. Typically requires BA and 2-4 years.
  • Supervise daily receipt, inspection, inventory, storage, and processing of Class IX repair parts.
  • Oversee mass turn-in operations from supported U.S. Army units, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1, AR 750-1, and other Army supply regulations.
  • Monitor warehousing practices including location management, shelf-life control, material handling, and hazardous material (HAZMAT) storage.
  • Enforce standards for serviceability coding (Condition Codes A-H), packaging, and proper disposal of unserviceable or excess parts.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate supply clerks, material handlers, and warehouse staff.
  • Assign work priorities, monitor productivity, and enforce safety and accountability standards.
  • Ensure team compliance with OSHA, Army, and company safety regulations.
  • Verify correctness of turn-in documentation (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and inventory adjustments).
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
  • Reconcile inventories, process adjustments, and investigate discrepancies in coordination with the Property Book Officer (PBO).
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly supply status and accountability reports.
  • Support government audits, inspections, and Property Accountability Reviews (PARs).
  • Maintain audit-ready records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with supported units, Site Manager, Logistics Analysts, and COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) for smooth processing of high-volume turn-ins.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements for mass turn-in operations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of site SOPs for Class IX warehousing and turn-in functions.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform routine standing, walking, bending, and reaching tasks in warehouse and field environments.
  • Must also meet all physical requirements necessary to perform assigned duties, including working in extreme heat or cold, high, or low humidity, blowing sand and dust, confined spaces, heights, and other inclement weather conditions.
  • This position involves working both indoors and outdoors, periodic overtime, and exposure to heat, dust, cold, and adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business preferred; equivalent Army logistics experience acceptable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of supply and warehousing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in Class IX repair parts management and turn-in operations strongly preferred.
  • Army supply/property accountability regulations: AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • Army logistics systems: GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP.
  • Serviceability coding, shelf-life management, and HAZMAT handling standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage audits, inventories, and high-volume operations under tight deadlines.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Must have a real ID.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Must be able to obtain Tier1/ NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
  • Basic proficiency in the English language (reading and writing).
  • Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results.
  • Employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to travel within the United States as required.
  • This position may require up to 25% travel.
