Location: Washington DC metro area (preferred)/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a sales territory within the US Army and Joint commands and agencies and create an account strategy resulting in enterprise-level deals with various Services and agencies within your assigned territory
  • Drive sales opportunities within your assigned territory to meet or exceed your assigned revenue targets
  • Accurately manage and forecast a sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Develop a multi-pronged enterprise sales plan incorporating the support of Federal/DOW consultants/lobbyists
  • Be able to confidently present the company and products to senior leaders and respectfully and effectively navigate common questions and objections
  • Establish valuable relationships with key customer POCs, strategic partners, systems integrators and resellers, and expect to meet face to face often
  • Understand the most common Federal contract vehicles used by your customers, directly and through partners
  • Intimately understand the enterprise software procurement process within the Department of the Navy including knowledge of applicable FARS/DFARS and accreditation requirements
  • Be able to negotiate favorable pricing and legal terms on customer contracts within the framework established by the management team
  • Represent Clearview AI in a professional manner, maintaining credibility with customers in your assigned territory
  • Additional duties as needed and directed by your manager

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • You have either served within the US DOW (preferably US Army or Joint DOW commands or agencies) or have successfully sold directly to them for a minimum of 5 years
  • Be able to work from our Arlington, VA office a minimum of 1 day per week based on the requirements of your manager
  • Deep knowledge of the US Army and Joint DOW commands and agencies, their organization and their budgeting and acquisition processes
  • Experience finding and closing individual Federal software deals >$1M in ARR
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful Federal enterprise sales campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Current DOW Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. TS-SCI is a plus.
