Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in-home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
  • Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting)
  • Companion Care and Emotional Support
  • Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping
  • Medication Reminders
  • Mobility and Transfer Assistance
  • Transportation to Medical Appointments and Errands
  • Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
  • Fall Prevention and Safety Monitoring
  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Communication with Family Members and Care Team

Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker, or Caregiving experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable transportation.
