Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Indirect Sourcing Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Director, Indirect Procurement. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing two or more indirect categories e.g. HR, IT, Marketing, MRO, Professional Services, Real Estate & Facilities, Transportation & Logistics, T&E & Fleet. The candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies to capture budget savings or cost reductions, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. This is not a direct materials procurement role. To encourage collaboration and productivity, employees are required to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday (based on current policy).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods
  • Pursue opportunities for significant OpEx and CapEx cost reductions and budget savings
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and terms
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives
  • Manage and report monthly on savings KPIs to Executives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing
  • Experience in change and continuous process improvement
  • Flexible to manage and support new categories
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and must be a self-starter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts module
