Gaucho Parrilla Argentina, a full-service restaurant in downtown Pittsburgh, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. Our restaurant, inspired by the cuisine and culture of South America, prides itself on infusing the flavors and aromas of fire and smoke into our food. As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with talented industry professionals, learn new skills, and contribute to our exciting culinary journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
