We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Wireline Tool Operator to support offshore and land-based wireline intervention operations throughout the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe preparation, operation, maintenance, and execution of wireline services while delivering high-quality performance to our customers in demanding operating environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge of wireline intervention equipment, the ability to work in fast-paced field conditions, and a commitment to operational excellence, safety, and customer service.
Location: Multiple U.S. Locations - Offshore Gulf of Mexico andLand-Based Operations
Travel Required
Key Responsibilitiesโ€ข Prepare, maintain, test, and operate wireline conveyed downhole tools for offshore and land operations
โ€ข Execute wireline intervention programs in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements
โ€ข Monitor well conditions and equipment performance during operations
โ€ข Ensure all work is performed in compliance with HSE policies, customer standards, and regulatory requirements
โ€ข Troubleshoot downhole tool and surface equipment issues in the field
โ€ข Complete job documentation, field tickets, maintenance records, and operational reports accurately and timely
โ€ข Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned equipment and work areas
โ€ข Participate in safety meetings, pre-job planning, JSAs, and post-job reviews
โ€ข Support inventory management and equipment mobilization activities
โ€ข Work rotational schedules and respond to operational demands as required
Required Qualificationsโ€ข High school diploma or GED required
โ€ข Minimum 5+ years of wireline field experience preferred
โ€ข Experience with offshore and/or land-based wireline intervention operations
โ€ข Knowledge of pressure control equipment, lubricators, grease systems, and downhole tools
โ€ข Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
โ€ข Ability to read and understand technical procedures and operational documentation
โ€ข Strong commitment to safety and operational compliance
โ€ข Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
โ€ข Ability to travel extensively and work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
โ€ข Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift equipment as required
Preferred Qualificationsโ€ข Offshore experience in the Gulf of Mexico
โ€ข Experience with slickline, braided line, and/or electric line operations

oFirst Aid/CPR
