What does a Logistics Process Engineer do?

A Logistics Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving logistics processes within a company’s supply chain. They focus on optimizing workflows, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency by implementing new technologies or process improvements. Their role often involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions that enhance the movement, storage, and distribution of goods. Ultimately, they help organizations streamline their logistics operations to better meet customer demands.
