We’re looking for an Area Manager to oversee multiple healthcare clinic locations and lead high-performing front desk and clinical teams. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, team leadership, and compliance with healthcare standards.Β

This position will oversee and support four US Foot & Ankle Specialists locations in the Dayton-area market.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Lead and support team members across front desk and clinical rolesΒ Β 
  • Ensure clinic compliance with company policies, HR standards, and healthcare regulationsΒ Β 
  • Manage and improve scheduling systems, queue flow, and daily clinic operationsΒ Β 
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiativesΒ Β 
  • Monitor revenue activity, A/R and A/P processes, and assist with local marketingΒ Β 
  • Resolve patient or staff concerns with professionalism and efficiencyΒ Β 
  • Coordinate staff schedules and provider calendars (including on-call rotations)Β Β 
  • Manage inventory, supply ordering, and facility maintenance communicationsΒ Β 
  • Handle deposits, payroll timekeeping, and front desk coverage when neededΒ 

Β Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)Β 
  • Minimum 4 years of medical office management experience requiredΒ 
  • Minimum 4 years managing large teams (15+ employees)Β 
  • Deep knowledge of medical billing, insurance workflows, and EMR/EHR systemsΒ 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsΒ 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Β 
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detailΒ 
  • Ability to travel occasionally between clinic locationsΒ
