What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales performance across multiple retail locations by coaching Store Managers and their teams to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and business reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies that improve results.
  • Visit stores regularly to coach in real time, model effective selling behaviors, and support business needs.
  • Ensure every location delivers outstanding customer service while meeting company performance standards.
  • Partner with Store Managers to create action plans that improve productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure each store remains appropriately staffed to support business needs through proactively recruitment and development of Store Managers and customer-focused team members.
  • Coach leaders through regular one-on-one meetings, store visits, and performance discussions.
  • Identify high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Recognize achievements while providing constructive coaching that helps individuals grow.

Qualifications
