Responsibilities
Summary
The Area Manager will be focused on building and maintaining a highly motivated and results driven team representing our client to facilitate the completion of specific needs of the assigned program. This position will manage and monitor daily operation, sales, and performance of districts/territories under their direct supervision. The Area Manager is responsible for geographical area comprised of districts/territories.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Develops, maintains and grows new and existing accounts within assigned district/territory
  • Oversees the day-to-day operation across the designated district/territory, ensuring efficiency
  • Leads, develops, and drives team performance, ensuring consistent quality to satisfy and exceed program goals and objectives
  • Recruit, hire, train and mentor leaders and other staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Provides timely, constructive feedback to managers and teams in real-time and in alignment with the performance management process
  • Develop and implement processes and KPI's to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Closely monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, program leaders and field team members
  • Provides reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc basis for internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a District Manager, management or leadership role
  • 2+ years' experience in industry-related field
  • May require up to 75% travel; 2-3 weeks per month
