As a Business Development Manager at Kept Companies, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in your market. Leveraging your sales expertise, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through strategic cold calling and networking efforts.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional account management to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrating exceptional time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
  • Highlighting our comprehensive suite of services to potential clients and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.

What We Offer:

  • Patented capabilities and technologies that give something unique to offer prospects and an edge to win customers.
  • Competitive base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped commissions on all ongoing revenue generated through your sales. We forecast the first year pay range, including your base pay and commissions, between $76,000 to $87,000. Subsequent years' compensation will grow as you bring on more accounts to your book of business. There is no cap on commissions.

Requirements:

  • Live in the Dallas area within a reasonable commute distance to our Operations Center.
  • Proven history in sales, with experience in cold calling, account management, and territory management.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Initiative-taking and purposeful, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business success.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
