WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Area Chief Engineer

  • Contact and schedule vendors as necessary for building repairs and emergencies
  • Be fully compliant with housekeeping/maintenance brand and corporate procedures
  • Ensure compliance with energy conservation and job safety requirements
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on scheduled basis
  • Assist in maintaining pool and spa area including lifts, filter systems, etc.
  • Maintain and update SDS sheets
  • Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
  • Requires excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule
