Position Overview

Description of Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
- Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout the procedures, elucidating each stage with an empathetic approach
- Engage closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging results
- Operate and maintain sophisticated imaging equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
- Accurately maintain patient records and document procedures within the electronic medical system
- Keep current with advancements in ultrasound imaging practices and technologies
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
- Preference for completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program
