ARDMS- Ultrasound Technician - Day Shift Full-Time - Day Shift with On-Call Rotation A reputable hospital in Arkansas is looking to recruit a skilled Ultrasound Technician for a full-time, permanent position. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, delivering accurate and high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule: Day shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) with an on-call rotation (1 day per week) and every 4th weekend.
  • Imaging: Perform various ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and small parts imaging.
  • Patient Care: Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver precise diagnostic imaging.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including patient data, exam results, and images.
Ultrasound Technician Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) in relevant specialties.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ultrasound imaging, preferably in a hospital setting.
