Job description

  • Complete initial eligibility evaluations, added assessments, IFSP’s, 6 month progress reviews, annual evaluations, exit evaluations
  • Write Evaluation Summary Reports and IFSP’s and participate in all required meetings pertaining to position purpose
  • Provide direct services in partnerships with families
  • Involve parents/families in techniques and activities to facilitate appropriate child development
  • Facilitate workshops, when appropriate
  • Complete all required reports, session notes, and all other documentation applicable to duty
  • Participate in staff meetings and/or professional development
  • Fulfill job-related responsibilities in a manner reflecting professional and ethical standards of conduct that apply to their specific profession or discipline
  • Perform other duties at Program Director’s request
