From the first greeting to the final goodbye, our Support Staff helps bring the energy, warmth, and spirit of Agave House to life. Whether you're helping deliver a perfectly prepared dish, keeping the dining room running smoothly, or supporting your teammates during a busy service, you play an important role in creating moments our guests remember. What You'll Do
- Support servers, bartenders, and the entire hospitality team throughout service.
- Deliver food with confidence while creating a positive guest interaction.
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for every guest.
- Assist with table resets, water service, and anticipating guest needs.
- Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service flowing.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel taken care of.
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, teamwork, and hospitality.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys creating connections and making people feel welcome.
- Brings positive energy and a willingness to help.
- Takes pride in doing the small things exceptionally well.
- Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Is reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
