Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicant must possess strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work independently and prioritize, good follow-up skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Products. Students must also be enrolled in at least six USF credit hours while employed and have a 2.0 USF GPA minimum. 

Applicant must have a current and accepted Federal Work Study (FWS) award and a Summer Financial Aid award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award.

Preferred Qualifications: Customer service skills and prior participation in international experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Categorize email for FMLA, ADA, and WC

  • Answer initial/basic emails

  • Categorize and reassign journeys

  • Name faxes and distribute to appropriate departments, and put faxes in the shredder

  • Pick up, review, and distribute mail via scanning and email

  • Scan and archive WC files

  • 15, 7, 3-day notice in regards to certifications or forms - Mail merge

  • Return to work note follow-up

  • Assisting with WC monthly reports

  • Saving DWC 25 and follow up with the department
