Job description

Seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with strong experience in commercial ground-up and/or remodel projects

The Construction PM will be responsible for managing multiple active projects at any given time, typically ranging up to $5M in value, with aggressive timelines of 110–180 days per project. Projects are often fast-track and require decisive leadership, strong organization, and the ability to adapt quickly. This role requires full ownership of the construction project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout - including estimating, planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and execution.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
  • Proven experience delivering Commercial Construction Projects
  • Background in ground-up and/or remodel work, preferably in restaurant, retail, or quick-serve environments
  • Proficiency using Excel, Microsoft Office, MS Project, or similar construction software
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed (primarily Texas, with some regional travel)
  • Ability to work nights or off-hours when project demands require
  • Knowledge of building codes and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS)
