  • Applicable candidates should have 10 or more years relevant experience in project management within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries, with demonstrated success leading Design-Build projects from proposal through commissioning.
  • The candidate can demonstrate how their understanding of the industrial manufacturing space and our solutions have led to positive outcomes in prior roles, particularly through project planning, scope definition, and value engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, automation, procurement, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions, proactively resolving challenges and managing change along the way.
  • Experience leading customer engagements in a design-build environment, including facilitating alignment on scope, budget, schedule and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and products for normal business communication, presentation of information, and collaboration.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in various settings such as industrial facilities, standard office, and remotely.
  • The position will manage customer relationships, candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate on behalf of the company.
