Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Architectural Sales Representative to expand our presence in South Florida's architectural and construction market. This role is predominantly commission-based with uncapped earning potential, ideal for a self-starter with experience in luxury windows and doors sales or architectural specification environments. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with key design and building professionals, drive specification and sales growth, and represent our brand with professionalism and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, and project stakeholders
  • Drive specification, promotion, and sales of Cornerstone's luxury window and door solutions on high-end residential and commercial projects
  • Educate design professionals and clients on product performance, technical advantages, and value-driven solutions
  • Participate in design meetings, job-site visits, project presentations, and industry events
  • Generate leads, manage opportunities, and maintain active pipeline tracking in CRM
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and product presentations aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate internally with operations, estimating, and project support teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical resource throughout the entire sales cycle

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in architectural sales, building materials, construction, or related industries
  • Prior exposure to luxury windows and doors, fenestration, or specification sales strongly preferred
  • Existing South Florida industry contacts with architects, builders, or design professionals are a significant advantage
  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-driven compensation model
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
