Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial glass and façade systems, understands active construction environments, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. This individual will be responsible for driving projects forward, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
  • Lead and manage commercial glazing projects from kickoff through final closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement plans, and budgets
  • Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for scope accuracy and project requirements
  • Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages
Field Coordination & Operations:
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, installation sequencing, and labor planning
  • Conduct site visits and attend project meetings with customers and field teams
  • Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks, conflicts, and scheduling challenges
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with contract requirements, building codes, and OSHA standards
Financial Oversight & Reporting:
  • Track project costs, labor hours, and material usage against budgets
  • Review project performance and maintain accurate forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with billing approvals, change order pricing, and project profitability analysis
  • Maintain organized and accurate project records and reporting
Team Collaboration & Customer Service:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholders
  • Work closely with estimating, drafting, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Foster strong client relationships through communication, responsiveness, and accountability
  • Support a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
  • 2–5+ years of experience managing commercial glazing, façade, or construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, and commercial glazing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents
  • Experience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and progress billing
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, or GDS
  • Understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
