Job description

Position Summary

As an Architectural Drafter, you will work on residential architectural projects from concept through completion while maintaining a high level of quality on all assignments.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Documentation:

  • Draft architectural designs and prepare construction documents (elevations, foundations, floor plans, electrical plans, roof plans, and sections).
  • Prepare architectural details and specifications.
  • Review drawings for accuracy and code compliance.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Maintain schedules and meet production deadlines.
  • Maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.

Client & Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Architectural Drafting Manager as needed on shared client/project work and to ensure drafting requirements and standards are met for each client.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication throughout all project phases.
