Job Opportunity

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for an Architectural Drafter to support their design and production team with high-quality modeling and realistic renderings. They operate within the architecture and design space, having expanded their capabilities and project portfolio in recent years across residential developments. This role combines technical drafting with visual storytelling, ideal for someone who can translate concepts into precise, buildable drawings while also delivering visually compelling outputs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop 3D models using Revit and SketchUp for residential projects
  • Produce high-quality, realistic architectural renderings
  • Create detailed plans, sections, and elevations
  • Convert conceptual designs into accurate construction-ready drawings
  • Collaborate with the team during live screen-share sessions
  • Manage independent work tasks with strong organization and accountability
