A well-established and growing architecture firm in Alpharetta, Georgia is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join its collaborative studio environment.

This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for an architect who still enjoys producing work, developing construction documents, coordinating consultants, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.

The ideal candidate has progressed through a traditional architectural career path, possesses strong Revit expertise, and is capable of managing projects while remaining actively involved in production.

What You'll DoProject Leadership
  • Manage multiple architectural projects from design development through construction documentation and permitting
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact after project kickoff
  • Lead weekly project communications and status updates
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
  • Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions
Architectural Production
  • Produce and oversee construction documents using Revit
  • Participate in design development and technical detailing
  • Review drawing packages for quality, accuracy, and constructability
  • Support permitting and jurisdictional approval processes
  • Coordinate revisions and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Consultant Coordination
  • Manage and coordinate structural, civil, MEP, and specialty consultants
  • Ensure consultant deliverables align with project schedules and budgets
  • Integrate consultant work into complete construction document packages
Financial Accountability
  • Monitor project budgets and profitability
  • Track scope changes and identify potential budget impacts
