About the role:
The ideal candidate will have experience in excellent project delivery skills within DTJ's areas of focus, including multifamily, clubhouses, and all forms of residential projects. Key requirements include the ability to balance design creativity with solid Type V construction knowledge, have an organizational focus and have proficient Revit experience. Being able to express design thoughts through hand sketching, Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite is desired. This individual will work directly with studio leaders on projects and will be responsible for the creation, documentation, and management of a diverse set of projects. The ultimate candidate will be a seasoned designer with a deep understanding of building construction and has skill in leading and inspiring a team of other design professionals and integrating DTJ's multi-discipline project approach.
