What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate architectural work throughout all phases of project delivery and assist with workload planning
  • Participate in client meetings during planning, design, and construction phases
  • Lead design and contract document work sessions with multidisciplinary teams
  • Prepare and edit architectural specifications
  • Perform quality control and quality assurance reviews
  • Research and interpret codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Coordinate submissions for AHJ review, permitting, bidding, and construction
  • Participate in construction administration activities including RFIs and change management
  • Provide technical guidance to architects, technicians, and interns
  • Support staff development and mentoring initiatives
  • Assist with project staffing and resource coordination
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship activities

What You Bring:

  • Professional degree in Architecture and at least seven (7) years of related experience
  • Registered Architect (RA)
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, regulations, and project delivery methods
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, sustainable design, and construction administration
  • Ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff

What We Offer:

Benefits for Regular Full-Time & Part-Time Employees Working 30+ Hours/Week
