Job Title: Lead AI Engineer/Architect
Location: Green wood village, CO (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Strong Possibility of Extension or Conversion)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced AI Solutions Architect with a strong technical background in AI/ML and enterprise architecture. This is a 100% onsite role in Denver, CO, and candidates must be willing to travel onsite for the interview as well as work onsite after joining.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or AI Engineering
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Machine Learning
    • Deep Learning
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • End-to-end AI model development and deployment
  • Experience designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Strong cloud expertise with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and MLOps
  • Knowledge of AI platform architecture, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance, and enterprise architecture
What We''re Looking For
  • A highly technical, hands-on AI expert who has built and delivered production AI solutions—not someone with only prompt engineering or ChatGPT experience.
  • Ability to design enterprise-scale AI architectures focused on scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to guide engineering teams and drive architecture decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical solutions to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Formal people management experience is not required; Technical Leads, Principal Engineers, AI Architects, and Senior AI Engineers with proven leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MLOps tools and AI platform lifecycle management
  • Relevant cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect)
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master''s preferred)
