Job description

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented emerging professional ready to grow your career in landscape architecture? Albert A. Webb Associates (WEBB) is seeking an Assistant Landscape Architect to support our team in planning, designing, and delivering high-quality landscape architecture projects. Responsibilities

  • Design Support: Assist with the preparation of conceptual and detailed landscape plans, including site layouts, planting plans, irrigation plans, and hardscape design elements.
  • Drafting & Modeling: Produce drawings, exhibits, and visualizations using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
  • Project Coordination: Support project teams by organizing design documents, preparing submittals, and assisting with project documentation.
  • Research: Perform site analysis, zoning research, and landscape-related code review for project compliance.
  • Construction Documents: Assist in preparing construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates under supervision.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, planners, and other disciplines to support integrated project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience or internship experience in landscape architecture.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
