The Architectural Designer will play a key role in developing detailed designs and documentation for a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Working within a small team, this position requires a strong focus on technical drafting, code compliance, and construction detailing. The designer will also regularly visit project sites to ensure design intent is accurately translated during construction, while client interaction remains minimal.
Responsibilities
- Prepare design documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
- Coordinate project tasks within a small design team
- Create technical drawings and detailed construction documents

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of building codes
- Experience with technical drawing and drafting
