Job Title: Revit Technician - BIM Coordinator

Job Overview:
The BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology throughout the design, construction, and handover phases of a construction project. They work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful integration of BIM into the project workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Coordination: Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement BIM execution plans. Facilitate BIM coordination meetings to address clashes, conflicts, and discrepancies within the BIM model.

2. BIM Modeling: Create, maintain, and manage 3D BIM models, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical elements. Ensure the models adhere to industry standards and best practices.

3. Quality Control: Review BIM models and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Identify and resolve any model-related issues to improve overall project quality.

4. Clash Detection: Utilize clash detection software to identify clashes and interferences within the BIM model. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve clashes efficiently.
