  • Identify and monitor critical path activities, forecast completion dates, and evaluate schedule risks, opportunities, and milestone performance
  • Compile and maintain historical schedule data, including lessons learned, to support continuous improvement and future project planning
  • Develop, review, and update sub‑schedules and ensure alignment with the integrated master schedule

Coordinate schedule development and updates with client representatives, engineering teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders

  • Collaborate with project controls to validate reported progress, assess variances, and evaluate the status of critical activities
  • Monitor schedule deviations, delays, and variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project objectives
  • Work closely with project management and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project execution plans
  • Provide oversight or mentorship to junior schedulers as required
  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and perform resource loading and leveling within P6

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering documents, construction plans, and project execution strategies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
