Job Description Summary:

The BRIM Solution Architect AR AP (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) will work with our business teams to roadmap desired system functionality and deliver scalable capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise technology, partnering closely with global stakeholders to design scalable financial and billing architecture that supports Coca-Cola's evolving digital landscape. This role has responsibility for end-to-end architecture of the systems within the technology stack and will work closely with other technical architects within the company to transform comprehensive integrated solutions. The BRIM Solution Architect role requires experience inidentifyingand delivering SAP BRIM billing and revenue management solutions across the business, as well as the ability to build strong collaborations cross functionally.BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) is SAP's monetization platform,spanning Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA,that integrates natively with S/4HANA to support subscription, usage-based, and reimbursement billing models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business strategy and define business architecture,inclusive ofartifacts such as capability maps, value streams and roadmaps for BRIM billing, invoicing, and AR/AP capabilities.

  • Work with BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and AR/AP (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable) processes spanning Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).

  • Act as Technical Product Manager leading the project team that develops and implements the vision and strategy for technology used in the BRIM billing and revenue management technology stack to accelerate revenue growth and create competitive advantage. Create2-4 yeardigital technology roadmap using a deep understanding of commercial and billing requirements to support scalable, consumption-based revenue models.

  • Identify and define strategic capabilities, technicalarchitecturesand design patterns needed to implement roadmaps. Translate strategic initiatives into delivery-focused initiatives and release plans.

  • Providearchitectural guidance to IT client engagement leads supporting Finance, Billing, and Order-to-Cash business teams.

  • Propose, develop, and execute proof of concepts for new BRIM and billing technologies which could result in differentiating capabilities.

  • Lead the transition of new BRIM and billing technologies into repeatable/usable frameworks.

  • Work collaboratively with IT partners (North America, Global IT, BIG, CCR, vendors) to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technology concepts, vendors, and products within the SAP and BRIM ecosystem. As well asmanagevendor relationships.

  • Lead vendor assessments, security reviews, and compliance audits. Ensure compatibility and integration of products/services within the broader SAP S/4HANA and BRIM ecosystem.

  • Clearly defineobjectives, coordinate with vendors, and lead execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and test & learn pilots to investigate issues, accelerate learning and confirm feasibility.

  • Understand business needs, define solutions, produce design artifacts with required functions,interfacesand detailed technical architecture, including system, sub-system, andcomponentdesigns across SOM, CC, CI, and FI-CA.

  • Develop solution alternatives, schedule and cost estimates,proposalsand SOWs for approval.

  • Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership in support of technology strategy, investments, and initiatives.

  • Lead andfacilitatebusiness process modeling sessions to develop, assess, streamline, redesign andoptimizebilling, invoicing, and receivables/payables processes and workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Computer Science,Engineeringor related field preferred.

  • 5+ years' experience in managing large scale products or programs, SAP BRIM or enterprise billing/financial systems, IT architecture experience with architectural oversight or managing dev-ops models.

  • Knowledge of S/4HANA and BRIMapplicationisa must.

  • Experience in dev-ops delivery/support models as well as iterative software delivery methodologies - Agile, SCRUM, etc.

  • Develop,testand deploy BRIM configuration and functionality according to project specifications and development standards.

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such asGIT,Bitbucket.

  • Experience in ABAP, Java, or other object-oriented programming (OOP) paradigms relevant to SAP/BRIM configuration and development.

  • ExperienceinCI/CD tools such asGoCD/Jenkins or Bamboo.

  • Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and test automation for enterprise/SAP applications.

  • Experience in building integration frameworks/SDKs between BRIM and surrounding systems.

  • Proven experience in integration ofhighly complexapplications and surrounding SAP and non-SAP enterprise solutions.

  • Excellent communication,presentation& leadershipskills.

  • Experience in setting architectural direction andsuccessfultrack recordof delivering strategic solutions.

  • Understanding ofBRIM/SAP architecture best practices and design trade-offs, with the ability to communicate design choices in business terms.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of billing and AR/AP operations.
