Accounts Payable refers to the money a business owes to its suppliers or vendors for goods and services purchased on credit. Accounts Receivable, on the other hand, is the money owed to the business by its customers for products or services delivered. These roles ensure accurate financial records, support cash flow management, and help maintain strong business relationships.

Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities are crucial soft skills for managing vendor and client relationships.
