DESCRIPTION:
Join our finance team, where you'll contribute to financial excellence and operational efficiency. As an AP/AR Representative, you'll support our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer through accurate financial management and reporting. You'll analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide decision support to business leadership. In our collaborative environment, you'll handle various financial processes including accounts payable, payment processing, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree required; no prior experience required
• Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field
• Additional relevant professional certifications are advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Financials
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong understanding of accounting/financial principles and regulatory requirements
• Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with payment processing and reconciliation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in shared service center operations preferred
