Job Title:  Stewarding Supervisor

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports to: Executive Chef

As a Steward Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both the kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the stewarding team, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring the proper handling of kitchen equipment and tableware, and upholding high standards for the use of cleaning chemicals and dish areas.

  • Ability to work in hot, humid, and sometimes noisy environments.

  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks such as scrubbing, rinsing, or polishing dishes and kitchenware.
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
