SUMMARY
The Niemanns Fresh Cut Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to cutting fruits and vegetables, providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, and controlling shrink while working in a safe manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilizes and understand how to use Produce Production Sheet
  • Cuts fresh produce to size and variety specifications
  • Understands product quality standards
  • Follows all Health Code guidelines
  • Works within company programs, policies and procedures
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
  • Other duties as assigned
