Standard Job Description You will be the Sr Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across AGMS programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Sr Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to guarantee quality delivery. Support Integrated Product Teams and production sites with analysis of quality data, yields, rework, scrap, and nonconformance trends. Lead correctiveaction meetings, identify rootcause trends, and ensure responsible parties meet commitments.

Participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards, dispositioning nonconforming hardware and defining containment actions. Perform assessments and audits to verify compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, ISO9001/AS9100, and continuousimprovement initiatives.
