Freight Brokerage Sales Executive

Are you a proven freight brokerage sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and growing accounts? Join CWI Transportation, a trusted Florida-based third-party logistics provider with nearly 60 years of experience delivering transportation, warehousing, cold storage, and supply chain solutions to businesses ranging from growing companies to Fortune 500 brands. At CWI, people matter, relationships matter, and results matter.

We are seeking a Freight Brokerage Sales Executive to expand our transportation brokerage business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building. This role is ideal for a motivated, non-asset brokerage sales professional with a successful track record of winning new business, growing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue and gross margin goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers while negotiating rates within company guidelines
  • Grow existing accounts through exceptional service, proactive communication, and referral generation
  • Maintain regular customer contact to understand short- and long-term shipping needs
  • Utilize CWI's Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage business effectively
  • Ensure carrier compliance with CWI safety and vetting standards and customers meet credit requirements
  • Monitor carrier performance to ensure service expectations are consistently met
  • Support budgeting, revenue forecasting, and account analysis activities
