Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with experience in technology and/or telecommunications sales to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client business needs. The ideal candidate is consultative, technically savvy, and comfortable managing the full sales lifecycle within an assigned territory or book of business.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate technology or telecom solutions
  • Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and account expansion initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
