This two year apprenticeship program combines college coursework with on the job training to jumpstart an individual into a rewarding and stable career. Kapnick will cover the cost of tuition, and pay an hourly wage to the apprentice. Upon completion of this program the apprentice will be a licensed and knowledgeable insurance professional, have a DOL certificate of apprenticeship, posses an Associates degree in Business Administration from Jackson College, potentially have a full-time job with benefits, and have obtained lifelong professional and interpersonal skills.
