Job description

YOUR IMPACT
You will help our clients develop their vision and guide them through the implementation of mar-tech and / or ad-tech products that help them attract and grow customers using digital marketing strategies and technology.
You will communicate the product vision to key stakeholders. You will use your marketing and deep understanding of the industry to provide directions on technology platforms and features that will deliver enhanced customer experience.
You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall strategy. You will help our clients build cross-functional Agile teams across marketing, sales, engineering, account managers, client services, etc.
You will make decisions on an ambitious and visionary product roadmap to deliver the most value/ROI and prioritize initiatives in areas such as retail media networks, personalization at scale, privacy-safe growth, direct to consumer activation, etc.
In this role, you will be the liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and client goals are met. You will understand client needs to develop use cases, sizing them for business value, and prioritizing the activation roadmap based on value and feasibility. You will work in an Agile operating model to develop user stories, and solution the underlying data and solution architecture for use cases.
You will own the design and delivery of platforms and as the owner and translator of technology, you will facilitate the creation and communication of business requirements to solution architects, data scientists, and development teams. You will support Agile development by creating sprint plans, removing roadblocks, flagging problems, and ensuring progress.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, marketing, STEM, IT project management, or related field. Master's degree in computer science or software engineering is preferred
  • Product management certification is nice to have but not required
  • 8+ years' experience preferred with MarTech product management, solutioning, and / or implementation (Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Amazon, Oracle, etc.; Ad products, Media planning)
  • Breadth of knowledge across all areas of marketing and advertising technology (Data, Analytics, Email, Website, CRM, Paid media etc.) with depth and hands-on experience in at least one area
  • Experience with creating a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives against value, and facilitating sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Experience leading teams in an Agile setting, leading collaboration across business users, technology enablement, marketing activation, and marketing operations
  • Experience with digital products, and the ability to work with in-house teams and external agencies
  • Ability to lead an implementation team to set strategic priorities and resolve issues with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas - loves and embraces change
  • Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust
  • Drives learning & development of skills outside of the teams comfort zone
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
