Job description

Pinnacle Site Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to maintain andrepair the tools and small equipment used by our construction crews. We are looking forsomeone dependable, organized, and capable of diagnosing problems and completing repairsefficiently.Pay: $25–$28 per hour, based on experienceResponsibilities● Diagnose, service, and repair gas- and diesel-powered small equipment● Maintain pumps, generators, pressure washers, compactors, concrete saws, cutoffsaws, chainsaws, and similar construction equipment● Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections● Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, electrical, and mechanical issues● Replace damaged or worn components● Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records● Track parts and communicate equipment needs to management● Keep the shop, tools, and parts areas clean and organized● Follow all company and OSHA safety requirementsQualifications● Previous small-engine repair experience required● Strong knowledge of two-stroke and four-stroke engines● Experience with construction equipment and tools preferred● Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills● Ability to read service manuals and parts diagrams● Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs● Must provide basic hand tools● Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record● Must pass required background screening and drug testingBenefits● $25–$28 per hour, based on experience● Medical insurance with a company contribution● Employer-paid short-term disability● 401(k) with company match up to 6%● Health Savings Account options● Wellness reimbursement program● Paid time off● Opportunities for professional growthPosition: Full-timeWork Environment: Shop with occasional field servicePinnacle Site Solutions is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace and an equal opportunityemployer.
