Job Summary:
The Remote Sales Trainer (Central Region) is responsible for developing, facilitating, and reinforcing sales training programs that drive performance, consistency, and conversion across LaserAway's Remote Sales organization. This role partners closely with Remote Sales leadership to identify performance gaps, support onboarding, and create scalable training experiences that improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
The Remote Sales Trainer will support both new hire onboarding and ongoing development initiatives through virtual facilitation, coaching, content creation, and performance reinforcement. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage remote teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
This position plays a critical role in improving sales readiness, driving accountability, and supporting the long-term growth and development of the Remote Sales team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • No direct supervisory responsibilities
  • Will provide mentoring, coaching, and supporting sales team members and facilitators during training initiatives

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales Training & Facilitation
  • Facilitate engaging virtual training programs for Remote Sales team members, including onboarding, sales process training, product knowledge, objection handling, and systems training
  • Deliver ongoing reinforcement training focused on conversion, customer experience, financing, and sales effectiveness
  • Support new hire ramp programs and readiness assessments
  • Partner with Remote Sales leadership to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps within the organization

Training Content Development
  • Design and develop scalable sales training materials and resources, including:
    • Virtual instructor-led training
    • E-learning content
    • Microlearning modules
    • Call guides and scripting support
  • Ensure all training content aligns with LaserAway brand standards, sales expectations, and operational processes
  • Revise and update training materials based on business changes, sales performance trends, and feedback
Performance & Coaching Support
  • Analyze training effectiveness and sales performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and communicate training KPIs, participation, and readiness metrics
  • Reinforce accountability through coaching follow-ups and collaboration with sales leadership
  • Support calibration efforts to ensure consistency in sales messaging and customer interactions
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business priorities
  • Assist with rollout and adoption of new sales initiatives, promotions, systems, and workflows
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to onboarding, sales enablement, and customer experience
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, attendance tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain training records, documentation, and learning resources
  • Upload and maintain accurate content within learning platforms and shared libraries

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of high-performing sales experience and/or direct sales training experience
  • Experience supporting remote or virtual sales teams
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience developing training materials and learning content
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and training efficacy data
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-accountability sales environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or high-volume sales environments preferred
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and virtual facilitation best practices
  • Experience supporting onboarding and sales enablement initiatives
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms, web conferencing tools, and e-learning systems

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
  • Fully remote role with occasional travel based on business needs
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Ability to facilitate virtual training sessions for extended durations
  • Evenings and weekend availability required
