Who You Are:
Tribble Electric is hiring an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee operations in our Commercial Construction Department. In this leadership role, you'll guide projects from planning to completion, drive departmental goals, and help shape the continued growth and success of one of Richmond's most trusted electrical contractors. What You'll Do
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial electrical projects from initiation through completion.
  • Manage commercial electrical projects totaling approximately $5-20 million annually.
  • Manage the change order process, including evaluation, documentation, pricing coordination, approval, and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Review and communicate revisions to project plans and specifications.
  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Manage field manpower, including scheduling and productivity tracking.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

What You'll Bring
  • Qualified Journeyman or Master Electrician with 3+ years of commercial electrical experience managing multimillion dollar projects.
  • Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with change order processes and project revisions.
  • Experience with vendor and subcontractor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, BuildOps, or similar) a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Driving Requirements
    • Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
    • Must have positive points on state driving record.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
    • Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
    • All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
