Position Overview
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the guidance of experienced electricians. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to electrical codes, and a willingness to learn the trade. You will be expected to support journeymen and foremen in various tasks while gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills.

As an apprentice Electrician you will:

  • Assist with the installation of electrical raceways, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Pull wires, mount panels, and help with electrical terminations.
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures as directed by supervisors and foremen.
  • Use and maintain protective equipment and safety gear provided.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and work orders.
  • Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using various tools.
  • Help troubleshoot electrical issues and assist in repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
